Set the technical vision, long-term architecture, and engineering roadmap for DNA Platforms.
Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decisions for complex initiatives spanning multiple teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
Design scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable platforms using distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native patterns.
Advance platform modernization, engineering practices, automation, tooling, and CI/CD adoption.
Define engineering standards, design principles, governance, and measurable practices for software quality, observability, performance, reliability, and security.
Manage, mentor, and develop engineers and engineering managers.
Lead technical forums, design reviews, and knowledge sharing across geographically distributed teams.

Талаптар

At least 12 years of software engineering experience, including architecture and delivery of large-scale enterprise platforms.
At least 10 years of experience designing distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern software delivery practices.
At least 8 years of experience managing and developing teams in engineering, architecture, or platform technology.
At least 8 years of experience applying security, reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and maintainability principles to production systems.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent education, relevant experience, and/or military experience may also qualify.
Experience in financial technology, banking, payments, risk, or fraud platforms is preferred.
Experience leading platform modernization, cloud adoption, or developer productivity initiatives is preferred.
Experience working across geographically distributed engineering organizations is preferred.
