Opis

  • Set the technical vision, long-term architecture, and engineering roadmap for DNA Platforms.
  • Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decisions for complex initiatives spanning multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
  • Design scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable platforms using distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native patterns.
  • Advance platform modernization, engineering practices, automation, tooling, and CI/CD adoption.
  • Define engineering standards, design principles, governance, and measurable practices for software quality, observability, performance, reliability, and security.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop engineers and engineering managers.
  • Lead technical forums, design reviews, and knowledge sharing across geographically distributed teams.

Zahteve

  • At least 12 years of software engineering experience, including architecture and delivery of large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • At least 10 years of experience designing distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern software delivery practices.
  • At least 8 years of experience managing and developing teams in engineering, architecture, or platform technology.
  • At least 8 years of experience applying security, reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and maintainability principles to production systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent education, relevant experience, and/or military experience may also qualify.
  • Experience in financial technology, banking, payments, risk, or fraud platforms is preferred.
  • Experience leading platform modernization, cloud adoption, or developer productivity initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience working across geographically distributed engineering organizations is preferred.
