Marketing and Communications Coordinator I – Remote Brazil
Support digital marketing and communications for Job Duck’s US-based professional-services clients, covering social media, CRM, email campaigns, content, and networking. This full-time remote role is open to candidates in Brazil or South Africa.

- Spot ways to improve marketing workflows, content, and audience engagement
- Make basic website changes and create or refresh landing pages
- Edit short-form videos for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Send online review requests to current and former clients
- Monitor and report monthly marketing targets, activities, and performance data
- Review and respond to social media comments and messages when appropriate
- Schedule and publish social posts, repurpose blog content, and maintain social profiles
- Coordinate networking event calendars
- Research and conduct outreach for speaking opportunities, conferences, networking events, and other professional engagements
- Maintain CRM records, networking contacts, marketing activities, events, and related data
- Keep marketing documentation organized and connect initiatives to business objectives
- Assist with continuing marketing programs and special projects
- Plan, book, and coordinate lunch-and-learn sessions
- Coordinate podcast activities, including scheduling and content organization
- Create and distribute email newsletters and digital marketing campaigns

- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating or repurposing digital content
- Experience with email marketing and newsletter production
- Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining accurate contact and networking records
- Experience researching events, coordinating networking opportunities, and conducting professional outreach
- Comfort editing digital content, including short-form video
- Basic knowledge of website updates and landing-page setup
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives, schedules, and deadlines
- Ability to work independently while communicating clearly and consistently with the team
- English proficiency
- Spanish is not required
- Expected call volume is approximately 0 to 5 calls per day
