  • Record data accurately in accounting software and verify financial information.
  • Keep financial records and supporting documentation current and complete.
  • Support daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
  • Track company expenses and budget activity.
  • Handle invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Prepare weekly check runs according to cash flow.
  • Post invoice transactions accurately and promptly after client orders are completed.
  • Contact customers about collections and send overdue notices and statements.
  • Work with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve billing and payment concerns.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Help prepare financial statements and related reports.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as required.
  • Carry out comparable accounting duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure setting.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Professional communication skills for working with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Working knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, financial management, or a related discipline.
  • One to three years of general accounting experience or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with most Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable software.
  • Thorough understanding of accounts payable and receivable, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.
  • Previous offshore staffing experience is highly advantageous.
