- Work as part of the HR Administration team
- Process and verify data in AFAS
- Support day-to-day HR administration processes
- Learn how payroll tax reporting works and how Scania exchanges data with UWV, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, and other agencies
- Build an understanding of how personnel administration processes connect, including their causes and effects
- Collaborate with the HR team and respond to employee questions
- Meet weekly with a designated Scania supervisor

- You are pursuing an MBO-4 or higher professional education (HBO) qualification in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
- You are comfortable working with numbers and pay close attention to detail
