Work with executives, Group Finance, operational teams, and other stakeholders to provide financial insight for business decisions.
Prepare and review monthly accounts, supporting schedules, and variance analysis for accurate, timely reporting.
Reconcile balance sheets, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen financial controls and processes.
Support statutory reporting, year-end accounts preparation, and external audits.
Contribute financial data and analysis to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare evidence for internal and external audits and help implement audit recommendations.
Support payroll processing, journal entries, and HMRC compliance, including VAT, PAYE, National Insurance, and P11D reporting.
Reconcile client money and bank accounts, supporting FCA CASS compliance and treasury processes.

Талаптар

Experience in a finance or accounting position.
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
Experience with accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and basic modelling.
Sound analytical skills and a methodical approach.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Exposure to financial services or regulated environments is helpful but not essential.
