Email Marketing and CRM Manager (Remote, Germany)
Manage email marketing and CRM programs for German e-commerce clients at MAILODY, from strategy and client communication to campaign execution and testing.

- Support online shops across cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness, and fashion
- Act as the primary link between clients and the internal team
- Strengthen client partnerships through regular check-ins and close collaboration
- Own project planning, coordination, and delivery from start to finish
- Create email marketing and CRM strategies for clients
- Partner with operations specialists in copywriting, design, and technical implementation
- Design and run experiments to improve campaign performance
- Use available technical resources to turn your ideas into implemented solutions
- Contribute directly to clients’ growth and profitability
Талаптар
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and an interest in expanding your expertise.
- Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.
- Be ready to learn and adopt new tools.
- Approach people confidently and foster open communication with a positive attitude.
- Translate performance data into creative marketing strategies.
- Communicate fluently in German and have strong written and spoken English.
- Reside in Germany, as this role is exclusively available to candidates based there.
