Tavsif

  • Support online shops across cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness, and fashion
  • Act as the primary link between clients and the internal team
  • Strengthen client partnerships through regular check-ins and close collaboration
  • Own project planning, coordination, and delivery from start to finish
  • Create email marketing and CRM strategies for clients
  • Partner with operations specialists in copywriting, design, and technical implementation
  • Design and run experiments to improve campaign performance
  • Use available technical resources to turn your ideas into implemented solutions
  • Contribute directly to clients’ growth and profitability

Talablar

  • Bring 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and an interest in expanding your expertise.
  • Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.
  • Be ready to learn and adopt new tools.
  • Approach people confidently and foster open communication with a positive attitude.
  • Translate performance data into creative marketing strategies.
  • Communicate fluently in German and have strong written and spoken English.
  • Reside in Germany, as this role is exclusively available to candidates based there.
