- Shape portfolio positioning and messaging for CISOs, third-party risk leaders, GRC and compliance executives, and procurement teams.
- Partner with Product Management to plan and launch products, features, and AI capabilities.
- Build sales enablement programs with product knowledge, talk tracks, and tools for sellers and business development representatives.
- Create and maintain pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, datasheets, and demo narratives.
- Analyze markets, customers, and competitors, then translate findings into product and marketing recommendations.
- Support analyst relations through briefings, inquiries, and submissions to firms such as Gartner and Forrester.
- Develop thought leadership with Demand Generation, including whitepapers, guides, blogs, and webinars.
- Work with Customer Marketing to gather customer evidence, case studies, and voice-of-customer insights.
- Represent ProcessUnity at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
- Apply AI tools to research, content creation, and sales enablement, and develop AI-assisted workflows.
- Expand the product marketing function over time by hiring and mentoring team members.
- Report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B software.
- Demonstrated success launching products.
- Excellent writing and editing ability.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build sales enablement programs.
- Strong market and competitive research skills.
- Practical fluency with generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
- Experience using AI tools to work more efficiently without compromising quality.
- Experience positioning AI-powered products is preferred.
- Ability to contribute hands-on while preparing to lead a team.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Confidence representing ProcessUnity to customers and at industry events.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
- Experience working with industry analysts is preferred.
- Experience in third-party risk management, cybersecurity, GRC, or risk management is strongly preferred.
