  • Build and manage an enterprise compliance program that can scale with the organization.
  • Turn complex federal and state regulations into clear policies, procedures, and operational controls.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards, risk registers, and audit-readiness processes.
  • Create and deliver training that supports a culture of regulatory accountability.
  • Track regulatory changes and identify emerging compliance risks and obligations.
  • Oversee the compliance hotline, investigations, follow-up, and corrective actions.
  • Lead enterprise risk assessments to identify, prioritize, and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits covering Stark, Anti-Kickback, conflicts of interest, fraud, waste and abuse, and other applicable laws.
  • Embed data privacy, data rights, and communications controls into operational workflows.
  • Partner with the General Counsel on operations across multiple business lines and states.

Талаптар

  • At least 10 years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory matters, or legal operations within complex healthcare organizations participating in government healthcare programs, including Medicaid and Medicare.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, fraud, waste and abuse, HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and data privacy and security laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence.
  • Some travel may be required, under 10%.
