Digital Performance Specialist - Michigan Remote
Optimize OEM and dealer digital programs, marketing activities, and performance KPIs. Advise assigned dealers while coordinating websites, advertising, leads, service, and reputation initiatives.

- Improve digital execution across OEM and assigned dealers by refining processes, tools, and strategies
- Serve as the consultant and primary contact for dealers participating in sponsored digital sales and service programs
- Work with dealers to create and implement digital plans
- Coordinate the monthly integration of go-to-market strategy across digital programs
- Work with District Sales and Aftersales Managers to identify digital sales and service opportunities
- Evaluate dealer digital programs and analyze performance indicators
- Create dealer action plans and coordinate technical support requests
- Manage dealer website customizations and escalate vendor-related issues
- Work with Brand and Aftersales teams to deliver divisional and go-to-market strategies across websites, digital advertising, consumer marketing, leads, service, digital signage, social and reputation management, and related digital services
- Increase dealer adoption of brand and aftersales digital programs while tracking participation and performance KPIs
- Improve dealer satisfaction with brand and aftersales digital initiatives and service providers
