  • Deliver Magnit's services effectively to clients
  • Provide high-quality client service and manage daily site operations in line with contractual Scope of Work commitments
  • Support one or more product areas, such as payroll, compliance, or the staffing desk
  • Keep Standard Operating Procedures current to support efficient operations
  • Introduce new processes and improve existing ones to increase operational efficiency
  • Coordinate temporary requisition fulfillment through VMS platforms and manage staffing desk relationships with suppliers and hiring managers
  • Meet with hiring managers to clarify requisitions and share relevant details with approved suppliers
  • Investigate and resolve issues involving workers, hiring managers, and staffing agencies

Талаптар

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • At least three years of experience in MSP client services, staffing account management, or full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience with VMS platforms such as Magnit VMS, VNDLY, Fieldglass, or Beeline is preferred
  • Experience supporting contingent workforce programs, staffing suppliers, or payroll operations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with hiring managers, staffing suppliers, vendors, and candidates
