Set the Tax function’s generative AI strategy by identifying valuable use cases and defining adoption standards.
Design and deliver enterprise AI tools such as intelligent assistants, automated classification, anomaly detection, audit support, document summaries, and retrieval-augmented reporting.
Manage governance for AI and automation, covering model risk, change control, testing, validation, documentation, and auditability.
Establish safeguards for responsible AI use, including rules for data privacy, residency, and sharing with external model providers.
Work with senior leaders in Tax, Product, Engineering, Information Security, Internal Audit, and Compliance to shape requirements and achieve business results.
Coach Senior Analysts and Associate Managers across regional teams in effective, governed use of generative AI and large language models.
Measure and report AI’s business effects, including efficiency improvements, fewer errors, and reduced compliance risk.

Талаптар

At least eight years of practical experience delivering production-scale AI, generative AI, and data automation solutions.
Strong command of large language models and generative AI methods, including prompt design, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, conversational AI, classification, and summarization.
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience developing scalable AI and automation pipelines.
A solid background in automation and applied analytics, preferably in tax, finance, or another regulated sector.
Experience deploying AI in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or Databricks.
Expertise in AI governance, compliance, and risk management in regulated settings.
Ability to make complex AI capabilities accessible through intuitive tools for nontechnical users, and to influence stakeholders from delivery teams to executives.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Knowledge of tax technology platforms or experience working with global tax teams is preferred.
Experience at a high-growth technology, marketplace, or e-commerce company is preferred.
