Customer Care Representative – Crown Equipment, Maumee, Ohio
Provide customer care support for Crown Equipment, a global lift-truck manufacturer, in an onsite Maumee service operation. Handle calls, technician dispatch, payroll hours, billing, and daily work orders.

- Coordinate technician dispatch
- Record technician payroll hours
- Process parts and service billing
- Prepare daily work orders
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support other departments as needed
Талаптар
- Less than two years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Good communication, organization, math, and computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
