Content Director
Lead omnichannel content strategy for Greenpark’s US clients, spanning web, social, SEO, and visibility in AI-driven search. Manage multidisciplinary teams and senior client relationships.

- Own omnichannel content strategy for a portfolio of US clients.
- Build a consistent narrative across websites, social channels, and AI search.
- Oversee performance-focused web and social content, from articles and product pages to social-first formats.
- Improve client visibility through SEO, GEO/AEO, and social search.
- Lead, mentor, and develop editors, writers, strategists, and social specialists.
- Guide AI adoption in content workflows, with clear quality standards and safeguards.
- Set editorial direction, including voice, guidelines, team structures, processes, and workflows.
- Present strategy, results, and recommendations as a senior client partner.
- Support new business and the growth of Greenpark’s content services.
- Work with Search & Insights, Digital PR, Influencer, and Performance Tech teams.
- Track changes in search, social platforms, and AI, including how models find and cite content.
- Apply industry and platform insights to client strategies and Greenpark’s broader services.
- Report to the Head of Content.

- Strong knowledge of SEO and content visibility in large language models (GEO/AEO).

- Strong knowledge of social platforms, content formats, and social search.
- Practical experience using social listening and community management tools.
- Proficiency in omnichannel content planning and strategy.
- Experience coordinating paid and organic activity across web and social.
- Expertise in web, search, and social analytics.
- Ability to turn data into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and specialist content tools in content workflows.
- Experience guiding teams through AI adoption.
- Agency experience serving food and drink, health and pharmaceuticals, beauty and wellness, and luxury sectors.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and supporting new business.
- Based in the US with a strong understanding of the US market.
- Comfort working at a global company across time zones.
