- Recommend business solutions while supporting new sales and account expansion
- Explain how bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and cash-flow solutions address business needs
- Communicate through phone, chat, meetings, and outbound follow-up
- Conduct discovery conversations focused on business needs and workflows
- Recommend, demonstrate, and sell solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Recognize additional offerings that could benefit customers’ businesses
- Record activity, manage pipeline stages, and coordinate follow-up using sales tools
- Achieve productivity, sales, availability, pipeline, and adherence targets

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least four years of contact center experience handling inbound and outbound interactions
- At least two years of applied sales experience with a customer-focused approach
- Background in SaaS, cloud, technical solutions, account management, pipeline management, or small-business sales
- Ability to identify customer needs and explain technical solutions and business value clearly
- Clear, detailed verbal and written communication skills
