Description

  • Shape the vision for AI-powered seller growth
  • Coordinate product, engineering, science, and design teams around shared priorities
  • Own the roadmap for AI insights, recommendations, and account-management tools
  • Unify omni-shopping and Marketplace data into relevant, explainable, trusted recommendations
  • Develop AI tools that help account teams support more sellers with better results in less time
  • Scale agentic capabilities from early prototypes to global launches
  • Set and assess AI quality, relevance, reliability, and trust before and after release
  • Measure outcomes from recommendation adoption through seller retention and GMV
  • Design experiments that isolate causal impact and define clear decisions
  • Present product strategy and results to senior executives
  • Align leaders across Growth, Account Management, Engineering, Data Science, Advertising, Operations, and Design
  • Launch products directly, mentor fellow product managers, and establish AI product standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with 9 years of product management experience, or 11 years of product management or related experience
  • A seller-first approach and understanding of seller businesses
  • Experience leading growth products that use experimentation to guide decisions
  • Experience taking LLM-powered or agentic capabilities from concept through production
  • Ability to define and assess quality, relevance, reliability, and trust
  • Ability to clarify complex, ambiguous problems
  • Exceptional product storytelling ability
  • Preferred: Experience operating experimentation programs at scale
  • Preferred: Experience with two-sided marketplaces, seller or merchant platforms, advertising, or B2B growth
  • Preferred: Experience with recommendation systems or personalization
  • Preferred: Experience creating tools for sales, account management, or customer success teams
  • Preferred: Experience leading products across multiple countries or markets
  • Preferred: Ability to retrieve and analyze your own data
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools
