Description
- Maintain accurate records of critical contract terms and milestones

- Review incidents against contractual service-level agreements and security response-time requirements
- Consolidate and analyze contract data for VMO teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor contract schedules, service levels, and usage patterns to identify value opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- Five to eight years of experience in sourcing or IT project management
- Track record of managing global projects and business relationships
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of cost savings and value drivers for global IT hardware and software
- Experience with sourcing and procurement processes
- Ability to set and meet deadlines while managing associated risks
- Strong situational leadership judgment and capability
- Ability to collaborate with culturally and geographically diverse teams
- Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual team
