Strategic Sales Representative - Midwest (Remote)

Sell RRD’s marketing, packaging, print, and supply-chain solutions across the Midwest. Build prospect pipelines, present tailored solutions, and create territory forecasts.

Description

  • Sell RRD products and solutions to assigned-territory customers through phone and electronic communication.
  • Research markets and businesses to identify prospective clients and relevant contacts.
  • Perform outbound cold-calling activities.
  • Arrange and conduct introductory meetings by phone or virtually.
  • Create approaches for presenting products and solutions to prospects.
  • Lead virtual and onsite presentations for clients.
  • Prepare responses to proposals, bids, and information requests.
  • Share client and account knowledge with Sales and Client Services colleagues.
  • Document every customer interaction in the customer relationship management system.
  • Stay informed about RRD offerings and developments across the industry.
  • Evaluate and refine account and prospect data to shape an individual forecast and sales plan.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace at an intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management software is preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and analytically.
  • Background working cooperatively with colleagues across teams and departments.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Prior B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • An associate degree and two years of inside or enterprise solutions sales experience are preferred.
  • Completion of pre-employment background and drug screening is required.
  • Must be able to work in the United States, specifically in the Texas location identified in the posting.
