Description

  • Deliver exceptional consumer experiences through the C.H.A.R.M. service model
  • Foster a positive team culture by encouraging ideas, feedback, and open communication
  • Manage recruiting and staffing to ensure coverage, including seasonal workforce needs
  • Guide the team toward sales, customer service, and product engagement goals
  • Oversee daily store operations, including point-of-sale systems, stockroom organization, replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty growth, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Assign, coordinate, and prioritize work to keep store operations running smoothly
  • Track and complete daily operational responsibilities
  • Represent the brand by staying current on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • At least four years of retail experience
  • Previous Store Manager experience is preferred
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams while driving performance and results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required when driving is an essential job function
  • Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment
  • Ability to place and organize merchandise on shelves and racks
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods
  • Ability to remain standing for at least eight hours per shift
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, reports, and computer or register screens
  • Ability to enter information into a computer
