Description

Investigate stock issues and provide administrative support to the Stock Manager and Team Leader
Coordinate with other departments and functions as directed by the Stock Manager and Team Leaders
Enter data into spreadsheets to support report preparation
Produce accurate weekly KPI reports within required deadlines
Respond effectively to daily queries from customers and third-party providers
Monitor and manage queries received by email and telephone
Maintain accurate stock records throughout the warehouse
Complete inventory checks and investigate any discrepancies
Work with operational teams to keep stock records accurate

Requirements

Previous experience in stock control
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Active listening and influencing abilities, including confidence handling challenging issues
Analytical working style with close attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VMS
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
Availability for full-time, permanent employment
