Description

  • Work across the full technology stack
  • Build and maintain scalable end-to-end UI and API test suites with Playwright and TypeScript across multiple product areas
  • Create automated data-generation tools and synthetic applicant profiles using Python and REST APIs
  • Develop React and TypeScript tools that help vendors and government stakeholders create test scenarios and track pipeline status
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and feature-based promotion workflows
  • Lead rotating sprint triage for failures in a complex multi-vendor environment
  • Determine whether incidents result from cloud changes, vendor releases, or test configuration issues
  • Conduct code reviews and provide one-to-one mentorship
  • Define strong coding standards and consistent team development practices
  • Act as the technical liaison for client leads and external vendor teams
  • Support cloud infrastructure changes with Terraform
  • Implement automated security scanning and manage continuous compliance in a FedRAMP/Public Trust environment

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience building full-stack applications and developer tooling with TypeScript and Python
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
  • Experience designing complex systems that integrate with external services, databases, and third-party APIs
  • Background working on cross-functional Agile teams
  • Experience estimating complex engineering work
  • Experience communicating technical updates directly to client stakeholders
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for distributed, multi-vendor applications and microservices
  • Previous work on federal digital-service projects or civic-tech programs
  • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with observability tools
  • Experience building synthetic test-data generators or sophisticated mock-data services
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States
  • Ability to satisfy additional government-contract requirements
  • Work authorization that will not require visa sponsorship now or later
  • Willingness to undergo a government background check or security clearance if required
  • Residence in the continental United States
