Small Business Sales Manager - Onsite

Lead U.S. Bank’s small-business banking sales team, expanding market share and delivering financial solutions to business clients. This onsite role combines sales leadership, relationship management, team development, and risk oversight.

Description

  • Lead a team of Small Business Specialists across an assigned geography
  • Oversee comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses with annual revenues from $500,000 to $2.5 million
  • Direct sales initiatives aligned with the One Bank strategy and market-share growth
  • Collaborate with branch banking partners to create, communicate, and execute sales strategies
  • Achieve or surpass business performance targets
  • Build a team culture centered on customer needs
  • Manage client relationships, business development, and associated risk activities
  • Drive for at least two hours each week as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is typically expected
  • At least four years of sales management experience is typically required
  • Demonstrated strength in relationship management, sales leadership, coaching, and new-business development
  • In-depth understanding of small-business banking products, industry sectors, operating cycles, and business financials
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop talent
  • Advanced customer communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience leading sales teams
  • Availability to work onsite at a U.S. Bank location five days per week
  • Ability to drive for at least two hours per week
  • Willingness to follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety requirements
