Senior TOTVS Protheus Back-Office Consultant (Hybrid, Osasco)

Lead the integration of Logithink client ERP environments using TOTVS Protheus. Configure back-office processes, support data migration, and coordinate user acceptance testing.

Description

  • Focus exclusively on integrating the client’s ERP environments.
  • Act as the technical and functional lead for back-office processes.
  • Define how the two Protheus environments will function as one.
  • Map back-office processes in both environments and identify differences in master data, configurations, and business rules.
  • Develop and validate a unified solution design with client stakeholders.
  • Make functional decisions and advise the team on Protheus best practices.
  • Configure Protheus back-office modules, including Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Finance, Accounting, and Tax; final modules are to be confirmed.
  • Support data migration, conversion, and validation between environments.
  • Plan and lead testing and user acceptance testing with business teams.
  • Guide mid-level consultants and other assigned professionals as the technical and functional reference.
  • Review deliverables and share knowledge with the team.
  • Raise project risks and blockers with the project manager, including proposed solutions.
  • Support users during go-live and the stabilization period.
  • Document project processes, configurations, and decisions.
  • Train users on the new workflows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a TOTVS Protheus functional consultant focused on back-office processes.
  • Strong knowledge of back-office operations.
  • Experience with ERP implementation, migration, integration, or environment consolidation projects.
  • Able to map processes, lead user acceptance testing, and guide users.
  • Able to work independently at the client site and lead workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Available for hybrid work in Pinheiros and Osasco.
