Senior Technical Solutions Architect, Enterprise Networking — Arrow Components (Canada Remote)

Guide Arrow Components partners across North America in designing and positioning Juniper and Aruba enterprise networking solutions. Lead technical sales engagements, architecture design, demonstrations, validation, and opportunity development.

Description

  • Provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and business support to channel partners across North America
  • Help partners and Arrow sales teams build integrated networking solutions based on Juniper Networks and Aruba technologies
  • Generate demand through workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Evaluate networking opportunities by assessing customer goals, technical needs, competitors, budgets, and decision processes
  • Lead technical sales activities from discovery and architecture design through demonstrations, solution validation, and technical strategy
  • Design and recommend enterprise networking solutions across wired and wireless access, routing, switching, SD-WAN, automation, cloud-managed networking, security, and AI-driven operations
  • Apply deep expertise in Juniper Networks technologies, including Mist AI, campus and branch networking, data center networking, and SD-WAN
  • Support Aruba networking opportunities involving Aruba Central, campus switching, wireless infrastructure, edge networking, and network management
  • Present technical concepts and conduct workshops for partner sales teams, engineers, architects, and customer stakeholders
  • Advise on competitive positioning and market differentiation
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners and Arrow teams
  • Coordinate with suppliers, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering teams
  • Track emerging networking technologies, market developments, supplier roadmaps, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bring 7–10 or more years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical consulting
  • Understand enterprise networking architectures and established design practices
  • Have advanced knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security
  • Demonstrate strong experience with routing, switching, wireless, security, automation, and cloud-managed networking infrastructure
  • Have hands-on experience with Juniper Networks solutions
  • Experience with HPE Aruba Networking solutions is strongly preferred
  • Experience with network automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code is preferred
  • Have designed and positioned networking solutions in customer-facing settings
  • Explain technical concepts effectively to audiences from engineering teams through executive leadership
  • Bring excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Use sound business judgment to connect technical solutions with customer outcomes
  • Influence both technical and business decision-makers
  • Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Work effectively across cross-functional organizations with a results-focused approach
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring
  • Be self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIA, Aruba Certified Professional, Aruba Certified Design Expert, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience
  • Be available to travel to an Arrow office location when requested by Arrow leadership
