Marketing Automation Specialist — Remote in Ukraine

Description
- Handle daily database and marketing requests while delivering planned roadmap initiatives
- Build, refine, and launch automation campaigns that grow the database and nurture leads
- Develop advanced workflows across relevant marketing tools and platforms
- Measure campaign performance using multiple analytical tools and systems
- Maintain reliable data across marketing databases and reporting dashboards
- Keep database records clean while following applicable legal requirements and industry practices
- Apply segmentation and personalization to strengthen conversion, customer journeys, and revenue outcomes
- Run structured A/B tests to support evidence-based marketing decisions
- Partner with stakeholders worldwide to coordinate requests and complete roadmap work
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on experience with the Marketo marketing automation platform
- Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge and practical experience
- Comfort investigating complex data, logs, and system configurations to identify root causes
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
- Demonstrated accountability, communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities
- Strong motivation to deepen business knowledge continuously
- Familiarity with Optimizely Content Marketing Platform, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Typeform, Optimizely CMS and Experimentation, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, TwentyThree, Bynder, Supermetrics, BigQuery, or Power BI is a plus
