Senior Tech Lead – Reading (Hybrid)

Lead a technical audit of workflows across Mobile, Loyalty, and AI product squads at AND Digital. Identify process, integration, and collaboration improvements across modern front ends, legacy back ends, and APIs.

Description

  • Own the technical workstream for audits of technology-team processes and ways of working
  • Partner with Mobile, Loyalty, and AI product squads to understand how teams collaborate
  • Document workflows, handoffs, dependencies, and integration constraints
  • Evaluate connections between modern front-end products, legacy back-end platforms, and middleware APIs
  • Interview and shadow technical teams to understand current practices
  • Build trusted relationships with developers, engineers, and technical stakeholders to uncover challenges and improvement areas
  • Contribute technical findings and recommendations to audit and transformation strategies
  • Coach developers as they improve their delivery practices

Requirements

  • Substantial experience with modern TypeScript and enterprise Java environments
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, client engagement, and technical consulting
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, REST APIs, integration patterns, and complex platform migrations
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work with tangible value
  • Confidence working through ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively
  • Strong technical expertise with an ongoing commitment to learning
  • Clear communicator who can build trust with clients and colleagues
