Senior Tech Lead – Reading (Hybrid)
Lead a technical audit of workflows across Mobile, Loyalty, and AI product squads at AND Digital. Identify process, integration, and collaboration improvements across modern front ends, legacy back ends, and APIs.
Descriere
- Own the technical workstream for audits of technology-team processes and ways of working
- Partner with Mobile, Loyalty, and AI product squads to understand how teams collaborate
- Document workflows, handoffs, dependencies, and integration constraints
- Evaluate connections between modern front-end products, legacy back-end platforms, and middleware APIs
- Interview and shadow technical teams to understand current practices
- Build trusted relationships with developers, engineers, and technical stakeholders to uncover challenges and improvement areas
- Contribute technical findings and recommendations to audit and transformation strategies
- Coach developers as they improve their delivery practices
Cerințe
- Substantial experience with modern TypeScript and enterprise Java environments
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, client engagement, and technical consulting
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, REST APIs, integration patterns, and complex platform migrations
- Commitment to producing high-quality work with tangible value
