Senior Sales Director, Lending Solutions

Lead sales of S&P Global’s loan management software and services, expanding relationships across credit markets. Close enterprise deals and grow revenue while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Description

  • Develop new business across credit markets.
  • Grow customer relationships for loan solutions.
  • Manage accounts across asset managers, private credit funds, CLO managers, agent banks, and institutional lenders.
  • Build and maintain connections with prospective and existing clients.
  • Surface clients’ pain points, risks, bottlenecks, and future needs.
  • Help clients define effective operating models using company services.
  • Work with product development on client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of successful sales experience; experience selling software, services, and enterprise solutions in credit markets is preferred.
  • Knowledge of leveraged loans, private credit, CLOs, loan agency operations, and portfolio administration is an asset.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel to customer visits and industry events is required.
  • Must have an indefinite right to work in the United States.
