Senior Product Manager, Heating & Cooling — Germany Remote
Lead heating and cooling products within 1KOMMA5°’s integrated clean-energy systems. Shape thermal optimization, hardware integration, and customer outcomes across Germany and additional markets.
Description
- Lead Heat as a product across space heating, hot water, and cooling
- Set the direction and priorities for Heating & Cooling
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across multiple markets
- Establish customer outcomes and KPIs covering comfort, cost, control, and reliability
- Convert hardware and field constraints into clear product requirements
- Advance thermal optimization for the Energy Management System
- Coordinate hardware, the Energy Management System, and the customer experience
- Create specifications, conduct discovery, prioritize initiatives, and deliver products
Requirements
- At least five years of Product Management experience with hardware-software products, energy, HVAC, or comparable physical systems
- Demonstrated success owning a customer outcome across multiple engineering teams
- Able to work across OEM interfaces, optimization, and customer experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Located in Germany or prepared to relocate
- Experience with heat pumps, SG Ready, EEBUS, Modbus, or OEM cloud APIs is advantageous
- Field or installer experience is advantageous
- Experience with thermal optimization or heat-pump HEMS is advantageous
- Experience with heating and cooling products in multiple countries is advantageous
