Requirements
- At least eight years of product design experience, with strong UX and visual design skills
- Experience delivering technical products and a thorough understanding of how they work
- Experience working with coding agents, testing emerging workflows, and improving output quality
- Ability to create prototypes and production-ready interfaces in React
- Ability to follow established design patterns while balancing scope with business priorities
- Ability to make clear recommendations, invite early feedback, and adjust decisions as evidence changes
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and design rationale clearly through writing and visuals
