Senior Marketing Operations Manager – Remote, United States

Lead marketing attribution, automation, and revenue tracking for Teamworks, a global sports technology platform. Build the systems that connect demand generation and product marketing to pipeline and revenue.

Description

  • Build end-to-end attribution and tracking to measure how demand generation and product marketing affect pipeline and revenue
  • Manage the systems supporting campaigns, events, and in-app messaging, including audience lists and lifecycle triggers
  • Move campaign and project execution from manual processes to automated workflows
  • Work with Tech Ops and RevOps to keep marketing data accurate and consistent across the technology stack
  • Create AI-native automations and agents that expand demand generation and product marketing capabilities
  • Establish the marketing operations function and attribution model for measuring marketing’s contribution to revenue

Requirements

  • Four to five years of marketing operations experience in a complex enterprise B2B environment
  • Demonstrated success creating marketing attribution and campaign tracking from the ground up
  • Hands-on experience replacing manual marketing processes with automation, including AI-built automations or agents
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems and integrations across campaign, CRM, and in-app messaging platforms
  • Ability to work independently as the initial owner of both marketing operations strategy and execution
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, customer.io, or a comparable in-app messaging platform is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and linking website behavior to broader attribution is preferred
  • Experience in sports, media, or another complex industry is preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the stated location without current or future employer sponsorship
