Senior Manager, EMEA Events (Remote - UK)

Lead Cyera’s EMEA events function in a remote UK role, scaling cybersecurity and AI-security programmes across the region. Establish operating models, deliver road shows and content workflows, manage agency partnerships, and grow the events team.

Description

  • Establish and scale an EMEA events centre of excellence with consistent processes, planning schedules, templates, budget controls, approval workflows, vendor frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Enable regional Field Marketing and Partner Marketing managers through event operations support, agency resources, and proven practices.
  • Measure event pipeline, opportunity creation and acceleration, cost per opportunity, and account coverage; review the portfolio and present ROI insights to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Source, negotiate with, and oversee event, production, creative, and video agencies across EMEA.
  • Develop a preferred-supplier programme that strengthens quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with video teams to produce short-form event content for social media and web channels.
  • Coordinate event messaging, follow-up activity, and pipeline handoffs across marketing and sales.
  • Create and run a branded Cyera EMEA road show while developing customer, prospect, and partner communities across the region.
  • Lead or contribute to EMEA Customer Advisory Board and executive briefing centre programmes.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing events team.
  • Adopt new event formats, technologies, and AI-enabled methods for personalisation, attendee insights, and ROI analysis.

Requirements

  • At least six years of experience in B2B events or field marketing, preferably within cybersecurity, data, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume, multi-format EMEA events programmes spanning conferences, trade shows, roundtables, and executive events.
  • Experience developing branded, repeatable event series such as road shows that build communities across multiple markets, including partner forums.
  • Strong analytical capability and hands-on Salesforce reporting experience, with the ability to connect events to pipeline and revenue and recommend when to scale, adjust, or stop programmes.
  • Background negotiating with and managing agencies and vendors across several EMEA markets.
  • Experience partnering with video and content teams to deliver rapid-turnaround event content for social and web.
  • Experience delivering executive briefings, executive briefing centres, or customer advisory boards with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Record of building scalable processes and operating models rather than focusing only on individual events.
  • Comfort engaging senior and C-level customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing ability to align Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, and global teams without formal authority.
  • Experience owning budgets with strong financial discipline.
  • Ability and ambition to build and lead a team as the function expands.
  • Creative, energetic, and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to travel throughout EMEA.
