Description
- Lead development of full stack applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, and PostgreSQL.
- Architect secure, scalable, maintainable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Work with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Set engineering practices, coding standards, and development processes.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews and ongoing technical guidance.
- Make technical decisions on application architecture, APIs, integrations, and database models.
- Improve application performance, accessibility, reliability, and developer experience.
- Coordinate with DevOps and platform teams on CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and deployments.
- Keep solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Support roadmap planning, estimation, technical discovery, and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in a lead or senior full stack engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and using REST APIs or modern service-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of front-end architecture, component design, state management, and responsive interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of back-end application design, service orchestration, and database design.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, logging, and production support practices.
- Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise-scale environments.
- Knowledge of secure software development and data protection requirements.
