Description

  • Lead feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, model development, and implementation of new or revised systems.
  • Oversee application delivery from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation.
  • Provide user and operational support for applications.
  • Investigate complex development issues and assess business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Recommend and develop security improvements through post-implementation analysis.
  • Advise users, clients, and technology teams on application and technical issues.
  • Design and recommend advanced programming solutions.
  • Install and support customer exposure systems.
  • Maintain procedural compliance and help establish operating standards and processes.
  • Coach and advise new or junior analysts.
  • Work with limited supervision while exercising independent judgment and autonomy.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage risk, compliance, controls, and reporting in line with applicable laws, regulations, and Citi policies.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of relevant experience.
  • Java and Spring Boot expertise.
  • Experience using AI tools such as CoPilot or Devin.
  • SQL and database experience.
  • Microservices experience.
  • ECS experience.
  • Docker experience.
  • CI/CD experience.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools.
  • Good understanding of design patterns.
  • Experience analyzing systems and programming software applications.
  • Experience managing and delivering successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting, project management techniques, and project management methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
