- Originate and deliver high-value consulting engagements
- Combine market credibility and deep industry expertise with Linedata’s global brand, client base, consulting methodology, and Global Services capabilities
- Lead senior client delivery, business development, thought leadership, and strategic account growth
- Expand consulting capacity and market reach through the Consultancy Group’s hub-and-spoke model
- Advise senior leaders on business, operational, technology, data, risk, efficiency, and transformation challenges
- Strengthen strategic client relationships and generate new consulting opportunities
- Own the delivery of high-value client engagements
- Partner with sales, advisory, consulting, technology, delivery, and Global Services teams to develop and deliver client solutions
- Represent Linedata at industry events and webinars, through written content, and across professional networks
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, financial technology, consulting, or related buy-side environments
- Prior experience as a COO, CTO, Head of Technology, Head of Operations, senior transformation leader, or senior consultant serving the investment management sector
- Deep expertise in at least one of Linedata Consultancy Group’s five practice areas: AI & Analytics, Middle & Back Office, Cloud & Technology, Cybersecurity Services, or Digital Transformation
- An established network of senior and C-suite contacts at asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, or other target organizations
- Proven ability to build trusted executive relationships and uncover opportunities to deepen them
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex operational, technology, data, and transformation issues
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Linedata’s sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams
- Commercial mindset with the ability to support both client delivery and business growth
- Previous consulting or advisory experience preferred
- Experience delivering outcome-based consulting engagements preferred
- Hands-on investment management experience with operating-model design, fund accounting, middle- or back-office transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, cybersecurity, or AI/ML implementation preferred
- Familiarity with Linedata’s clients, technology, services, or market positioning preferred
- Recognized thought leadership in the investment management industry preferred
- Willingness and ability to represent Linedata at industry events and webinars, through written content, and across professional networks preferred
