Senior IT Analyst, Network and Cybersecurity - TEHORA (Hybrid)

Senior IT Analyst role with TEHORA, a Quebec-based technical services and project management firm. Analyze, secure, and optimize network infrastructures in a hybrid position in Canada.

Description

  • Assess current network infrastructures and identify their strengths, risks, and improvement needs.
  • Recommend suitable solutions to enhance network performance, security, and reliability.
  • Help design and evolve network infrastructures in line with operational requirements.
  • Configure and support firewalls and other network security equipment.
  • Plan and implement network infrastructure projects with the relevant technical teams.
  • Perform risk assessments and security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
  • Work with technical teams to resolve complex infrastructure and security issues.
  • Maintain documentation covering configurations, procedures, and technical recommendations.
  • Support ongoing improvements to security controls and operational practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and advisory support to a range of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Professional experience in an IT Analyst role.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security solutions.
  • Ability to investigate complex issues and recommend effective resolutions.
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented approach.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly organized work style.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
