Senior Interface Analyst, Federal Systems Integration — CACI International (Remote)

Lead enterprise interface architecture and integration for CACI International’s Department of Veterans Affairs modernization program. Design and govern connections across Federal financial, acquisition, and internal systems.

Description

  • Direct enterprise integration architecture across financial platforms, Federal systems such as SAM.gov, FPDS-NG, and eBuy, and internal applications
  • Create integration standards, reusable patterns, and governance processes, including the Interface Project Management Plan
  • Assess current and target-state designs for complex multi-system integrations and establish the technical interface approach
  • Produce Interface Control Documents covering data mappings, transformations, error management, and reconciliation rules
  • Design integration solutions with Appian Connected Systems, APIs, web services, and middleware architectures
  • Work with government interface partners, technical architects, and external system owners to define dependencies and integration requirements
  • Plan and deliver interface integration testing ahead of System Integration Testing and user acceptance testing
  • Establish interface monitoring, exception management, and operational support practices
  • Guide interface development teams and evaluate designs against enterprise standards
  • Coach mid-level and junior analysts in integration practices, Federal systems, and technical analysis
  • Improve delivery processes by identifying opportunities to standardize and accelerate interface implementation
  • Contribute to CACI International’s Department of Veterans Affairs enterprise acquisition system modernization program

Requirements

  • Be a US citizen and able to pass a Tier 2 background investigation
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Bring at least 10 years of systems analysis or integration experience
  • Have 5 or more years leading interface development or enterprise integration initiatives
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API architectures, and system-to-system data exchange
  • Show a record of leading complex interface development across diverse systems and platforms
  • Possess strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams and influence decisions
  • Have experience integrating Federal financial systems
  • Understand the Federal acquisition lifecycle, contracting practices, and FAR/VAAR compliance
  • Be proficient with REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, integration middleware, and enterprise service bus architectures
  • Bring advanced SQL capabilities and experience with complex data transformation logic
  • Have experience with Appian integration features, including Connected Systems, Integration Objects, and Data Fabric
  • Know Azure integration services such as Logic Apps, Data Factory, and API Management
  • Understand Federal integration protocols and security patterns
  • Have led Agile interface teams in large-scale Federal modernization programs
  • Have created Interface Project Management Plans and integration governance frameworks
  • Demonstrate success mentoring junior staff and developing high-performing integration teams
  • Understand Federal data standards, security requirements, and Authority to Operate processes
