Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Node.js and React — Ukraine Remote

Description
- Build and enhance web applications across frontend and backend, with an approximate 60/40 frontend-to-backend focus
- Create and maintain user-facing features, dashboards, and backend services
- Design and deliver scalable, dependable technical solutions aligned with product and business requirements
- Work with engineers and other team members to ship features and continuously improve the platform
- Investigate issues, optimize existing functionality, and uphold code quality
- Use cloud infrastructure while contributing to platform scalability and reliability
- Evaluate new technologies and approaches, solving technical challenges independently
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and ongoing product improvements
- Build solutions for an AdTech and digital product distribution platform that monetizes audiences through downloadable web products
Requirements
- At least four years of full-stack development experience or equivalent expertise
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Experience using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to build RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Tailwind, shadcn components, and frontend design libraries
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Working knowledge of system architecture, design principles, scalable infrastructure, and scalable system design
- Ability to learn and apply cloud-native development patterns and best practices
- Proficiency with Git and version-control platforms including GitHub and Bitbucket
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL database concepts
- Comfort working independently amid uncertainty and developing expertise in new areas
- Ability to work remotely from Ukraine
