Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular) – France Remote

Build and enhance DataDome’s customer dashboard with Angular, focusing on frontend performance and production reliability. The role also offers a supported path into Symfony/PHP full-stack development.

Description

  • Build new capabilities for the customer dashboard
  • Optimize frontend performance and responsiveness
  • Resolve defects identified through QA testing
  • Diagnose and correct issues in production
  • Assess, prioritize, and plan engineering work
  • Incorporate AI-assisted tools into daily development workflows
  • Lead initiatives independently from concept through delivery
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to develop and advocate for proposals
  • Optionally expand into full-stack development by learning Symfony and PHP with team support

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience developing applications
  • Extensive practical experience with Angular 17 or later
  • Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted engineering tools
  • Commitment to code quality, simplicity, and performance
  • Symfony or another PHP framework experience is advantageous
  • Large-scale experience with MariaDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch is advantageous
  • Crawler development experience is advantageous
  • A solid understanding of how the internet operates is advantageous
  • A BS, MS, PhD in a scientific discipline, or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
