Description

  • Collaborate with Product Solutions and business stakeholders across Warner Music Group
  • Build and launch automation, data, and AI solutions at speed
  • Partner with stakeholders across labels and global functions
  • Turn business challenges into workflows that cut processes from weeks to minutes
  • Create full-stack solutions covering data pipelines and system interoperability
  • Build backend services with Python
  • Develop dashboards and Streamlit applications
  • Use Databricks and Snowflake AI capabilities, including Genie and Cortex
  • Define system frameworks, operating playbooks, and technical standards
  • Develop reusable solutions for internal marketplace assets
  • Keep implementations aligned with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap

Requirements

  • Six or more years of software engineering experience
  • Professional experience working with customers or business stakeholders
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of data pipelines, including ETL workflows
  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
  • Ideally, experience with Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit
  • Full-stack capability spanning backend, frontend, data pipelines, AI tools, Python, and React
  • Ability to apply AI tools to design, build, and deploy production systems
  • Familiarity with Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code
  • Experience defining system frameworks such as the Agent Development Kit (ADK)
  • Experience writing operational playbooks and technical guidelines
  • Knowledge of modular architectures and reusable internal marketplace assets
  • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working across diverse problems and domains
  • A strong interest in continuous learning and feedback
  • An enthusiasm for music and the impact of this work on artists’ careers and compensation
