Senior Endpoint Engineer – Intune Migration & iOS Automation (India Remote)
Lead enterprise iOS and iPadOS migrations from Ivanti to Microsoft Intune while building automation for secure endpoint management. Support Miratech’s global enterprise clients through reliable, scalable mobile device operations.
Description
- Drive the migration of enterprise iOS and iPadOS management from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Microsoft Intune.
- Transfer policies, compliance requirements, applications, enrollment profiles, and device lifecycle workflows.
- Build and operate automation with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs, and Azure automation services.
- Engineer and support Intune mobile management, covering enrollment, compliance, configuration, application deployment, reporting, and remediation.
- Administer Apple enterprise integrations such as Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, supervised devices, Apps & Books, and managed applications.
- Deliver advanced engineering and Level 3 support for mobile endpoint platforms.
- Improve platform reliability, security, operational performance, and long-term service quality.
- Partner with Security, Identity, Network, and Application teams on endpoint initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience in endpoint management, mobility engineering, modern workplace engineering, or a related enterprise infrastructure role.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large-scale MDM/UEM migrations, ideally from Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron to Microsoft Intune.
- Advanced hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune for iOS and iPadOS, including enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and reporting.
- Practical experience developing automation with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
- Strong understanding of Apple enterprise management, including Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, supervised devices, and managed application deployment.
- Experience with Conditional Access, certificate-based authentication, PKI, Git or Azure DevOps, and enterprise security practices.
- Preferred: experience with Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable enterprise automation platforms.
- Preferred: experience creating operational dashboards and reporting with Power BI, Azure Monitor, or Log Analytics.
- Preferred: familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, request management, and platform integrations.
- Preferred: experience with Zero Trust and mobile security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Zimperium, or Lookout.
- Preferred: experience using Python or C# for API integrations, automation, and lightweight application development.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications including Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Developer Associate.
