Senior Endpoint Engineer – Intune and MECM

Lead endpoint management across Shady Grove Fertility’s 4,000-plus-device network using Intune, MECM, and Jamf. Focus on endpoint security, automation, patching, compliance, and reliable deployments.

Description

  • Own MECM/SCCM and Intune administration for more than 4,000 endpoints
  • Manage Jamf for approximately 100 Mac computers and iPads
  • Create and maintain Windows imaging workflows and task sequences
  • Implement and optimize Windows Autopilot deployments
  • Configure and administer kiosk-mode devices
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise software
  • Advance Intune adoption and the organization’s co-management strategy
  • Establish proactive hardware and software lifecycle processes
  • Manage Windows patching through MECM and Intune
  • Strengthen compliance reporting and remediation workflows
  • Maintain endpoint alignment with HIPAA, SOX, and other security requirements
  • Keep Mac devices current through Jamf
  • Automate inefficient or manual workflows with PowerShell and modern management tools
  • Increase deployment consistency and reliability
  • Lower task-sequence failures and patching exceptions
  • Resolve complex endpoint issues involving MECM, Intune, and Group Policy
  • Analyze client, task-sequence, and Windows event logs to diagnose issues
  • Resolve co-management conflicts and deployment failures
  • Act as the escalation resource for advanced endpoint issues
  • Record build standards, processes, and configurations
  • Advise team members on endpoint procedures
  • Train colleagues on routine maintenance and deployment activities

Requirements

  • At least five years of enterprise endpoint management experience
  • At least five years of experience creating and maintaining Windows imaging task sequences
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting co-management
  • Experience implementing Windows Autopilot
  • Experience with Active Directory Group Policy (GPO)
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated patch-management workflows
  • Proven ability to use logs for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Experience supporting endpoints in a regulated environment
  • Ability to independently deliver technical projects
  • Ability to lift more than 30 pounds
  • Experience administering Jamf
  • Experience migrating workloads from MECM to Intune
  • Experience with conditional access and compliance policies
  • Experience creating reporting and compliance metrics
