Senior Developer Relations Manager, Generative AI — Thailand Remote

Lead NVIDIA’s developer relations efforts for Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Sovereign AI in Thailand. Support developers and ISV partners through technical integrations, enablement programs, and ecosystem advocacy.

Description

  • Build and sustain advanced technical expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and models for multimodal data.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for the Sovereign AI developer ecosystem.
  • Partner across functions to increase adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
  • Integrate NVIDIA tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.
  • Support partner onboarding and integrations with sample code, documentation, and demonstration pipelines.
  • Promote joint innovation on next-generation Sovereign AI solutions.
  • Assess and track the developer ecosystem to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Work with engineering, product, and marketing teams to shape roadmaps and improve partner adoption strategies.
  • Engage technical leaders at partner organizations to encourage strong integrations and solve technical issues.
  • Measure adoption, identify emerging workflows, and relay field insights to NVIDIA product teams.
  • Investigate workflows, uncover barriers to ISV adoption, and communicate findings to product teams.
  • Coordinate with NVIDIA partner managers, solution architects, industry business development managers, regional Sovereign AI organizations, sales, and marketing.
  • Use conferencing platforms extensively and travel when required.
  • Create and expand developer programs, communities, and technical enablement initiatives.
  • Establish systems and frameworks for measuring developer sentiment, tracking market trends, and informing product strategy and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the technology industry.
  • More than five years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and VLMs in enterprise ISV software, government workflows, or comparable environments.
  • Background in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
  • Demonstrated success leading, partnering on, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or relevant industry organizations.
  • Deep technical expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM, and VLM software.
  • Experience spanning smart cities, healthcare, citizen services, robotics, cloud, and AI/ML.
  • Track record of contributing to product integrations and software libraries.
  • Experience leading technical work with engineering and product teams, including architecture, code reviews, mentoring, and technical presentations or workshops.
  • Ability to organize complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
  • End-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.
  • Strong project management capability with experience handling multiple projects at once.
  • Practical skills in software architecture, implementation, and programming.
  • Interest in AI and continuous learning, with a self-directed, results-focused approach and empathy for developers.
  • Experience creating or improving industry-specific technical solutions with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and VLMs.
  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and GPU-acceleration platforms.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA AI platforms and frameworks, including NeMo Framework, TRT, Triton, Nemotron Models, RAPIDS, and CUDA.
  • Capability in optimizing models and algorithms for specific industry applications.
  • Record of building developer communities and scaling technical enablement programs.
  • Experience developing systems and tools to measure developer sentiment and monitor market trends.
  • Expertise in creating frameworks that capture developer sentiment and market changes and turn ecosystem signals into actionable intelligence.
