Description
- Build, validate, and deploy models for product propensity, churn, lifetime value, recommendations, clustering, and anomaly detection
- Design analytical architectures and strategies for validating models
- Define testing approaches using A/B tests, control or holdout groups, and hypothesis testing
- Track algorithm performance through measures including drift, precision, and recall
- Maintain scalability, continuous monitoring, computational efficiency, and governance across production machine learning workflows
- Uncover business opportunities through exploratory analysis of large datasets
- Promote a data-driven culture and strengthen the team’s technical capabilities
- Set standards for coding, modeling, documentation, and reproducible experimentation
- Embed artificial intelligence tools and workflows into everyday analytical work
- Turn technical findings into strategic guidance and present results and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, or another quantitative or technology-related discipline
- Advanced Python or R skills for data analysis, modeling, and regular development work
- Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Advanced experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of database modeling and data engineering
- Banking industry experience is advantageous
