Senior Content Operations Transformation Specialist

Lead the modernization of LSEG’s content operations by shaping technology strategy, automating workflows, and delivering scalable solutions. Partner across business, operations, product, technology, data, risk, and governance teams to improve efficiency, quality, resilience, and user experience.

Description

  • Lead the modernization of Content Operations through strategic technology capabilities
  • Design, implement, and promote adoption of scalable, resilient technology solutions
  • Connect business, operations, and technology teams to align delivery and outcomes
  • Set the vision, roadmap, and priorities for content infrastructure capabilities
  • Convert business challenges into scalable technology solutions
  • Balance stakeholder needs, business value, technical limitations, and operational effects
  • Own business cases, product requirements, and release plans
  • Find ways to simplify, automate, and optimise operational workflows
  • Lead technology-enabled transformation programmes across multiple business functions
  • Create migration and adoption plans for replacing legacy tools and processes
  • Improve operational efficiency, quality, resilience, and user experience
  • Develop partnerships across Product, Technology, Operations, Data Strategy, Risk, and Governance
  • Collect, evaluate, and prioritise feedback from stakeholders
  • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
  • Explain complex technical and operational topics to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Establish KPIs and success measures covering performance, adoption, stability, and business value
  • Maintain operational controls, governance practices, and quality standards
  • Apply data and reporting to guide continuous improvement decisions
  • Support relevant risk management and regulatory compliance activities

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, business technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Substantial experience leading business transformation, technology, or operational improvement programmes
  • Demonstrated success working across business and technology functions
  • Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases
  • Background managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Ability to lead initiatives without direct reporting authority
  • Experience establishing and reporting KPIs and performance measures
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in product ownership or product management
  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing roadmaps
  • Experience with process automation and workflow optimisation
  • Ability to use data to support business decisions
  • Experience with agile or iterative delivery approaches
  • Record of delivering change in complex organisations and supporting organisational adoption
  • Ability to present recommendations and business cases to senior leaders
  • Ability to build alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence decisions through expertise and credibility
  • Strong critical-thinking ability
  • Systematic approach to resolving business problems
  • Preferred: experience in financial markets, data management, or content operations
  • Preferred: experience with workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation programmes
  • Preferred: working knowledge of Python, SQL, or other automation and analytics technologies
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI agents, generative AI, and modern productivity platforms
