Senior C++ Developer, Neural Network Integration for 3D Sensing Systems

Senior C++ Developer at Mobileye, integrating neural networks into production 3D sensing systems for autonomous vehicles. Optimize real-time C++ software for deployment on resource-constrained edge devices.

Description

  • Design and implement large-scale C++ systems supporting AI and algorithmic pipelines for real-time 3D sensing and perception in vehicles
  • Integrate neural network models into production software, covering model runtimes, sensor and data flows, pre- and post-processing, and system validation
  • Improve runtime performance, memory efficiency, latency, and throughput for high-precision 3D perception workloads in resource-constrained environments
  • Develop and own application infrastructure that runs algorithmic and neural network solutions efficiently on edge devices with strict latency and resource limits
  • Support neural network deployment workflows, including model conversion, inference execution, profiling, and optimization
  • Own feature delivery from technical design and implementation through integration, testing, and deployment
  • Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, and development processes for production algorithm systems
  • Work with cross-functional Mobileye teams on system architecture, 3D sensing, and AI algorithms

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on C++ development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, software architecture, and large-scale system development
  • Experience developing in Linux environments
  • Interest in deploying neural networks on edge devices, including inference runtimes, performance optimization, and model integration
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented approach with an interest in developing broader technical leadership responsibilities
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Python development, including NumPy and Pandas (nice to have)
  • Experience optimizing performance, improving memory efficiency, and developing real-time systems (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated testing (nice to have)
  • Experience with algorithms, computer vision, deep learning, 3D perception, or data teams (nice to have)
  • Background in 3D computer vision, point clouds or depth, object detection, or embedded and edge AI deployment (nice to have)
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Argo (nice to have)
  • At least 2 years of experience in data engineering or backend systems handling large-scale production data (nice to have)
