Description

  • Collaborate with business partners and IT to create and implement strategies that increase corporate value
  • Contribute to and lead projects spanning internal teams and organizational boundaries
  • Direct process improvement recommendations and initiatives that streamline operations and increase productivity
  • Present recommendations to senior executives, management, and global teams
  • Facilitate meetings with business and development teams
  • Work with senior leaders to deliver complex cross-functional processes and applications
  • Assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system enhancements or alternatives
  • Work with business teams to analyze performance, apply data-driven solutions, monitor progress, and sustain improvements
  • Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems
  • Mentor colleagues and strengthen team capabilities across IT Service Management disciplines
  • Lead the design and delivery of cross-functional technology testing strategies
  • Plan, execute, and document user stories and feedback, then communicate findings to senior leaders

Requirements

  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent experience or a related discipline may be considered
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, ITIL, PMP, SAFe, or comparable certification
  • Preferred: experience analyzing operational data, business processes, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Preferred: experience facilitating stakeholder discussions to assess business needs and develop practical solutions
  • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise technology, process transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Preferred: experience creating business cases, performance measures, and recommendations for strategic decisions
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including identifying architectural challenges, analyzing requirements, evaluating options, and recommending effective solutions
  • Understanding of core AI concepts and methods, with the ability to apply AI to relevant use cases and support organizational AI reimagination
  • Knowledge of business analysis, process modeling and redesign, change management, continuous improvement, quality assurance, requirements management, SDLC, and specification development
