- Analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to produce business performance insights
- Detect and interpret significant trends and patterns
- Create recurring reports and visualizations that inform business decisions
- Develop, maintain, and oversee advanced reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
- Deliver KPI reporting, investigate operational improvement opportunities, and conduct root cause analysis
- Apply analytics and performance metrics to improve processes and forecast the costs, risks, and profitability of proposed initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders and recommend strategies that improve performance
- Deliver reporting solutions and handle ad hoc reporting requests
- Define report and analysis specifications from business requirements and available data
- Establish effective working relationships with colleagues and subject matter experts
- Manage small projects and initiatives
- Use approved AI tools for analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and reporting while protecting data security and quality
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant business area or specialization
- Advanced proficiency with business intelligence applications and cloud services
- Advanced knowledge of reporting features in ERP, CRM, and database vendor platforms
- Advanced ability to apply statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
- Advanced proficiency in manipulating complex data across multiple tables
- Strong capabilities in data integration, cleansing, and validation
- Ability to explain data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python and R
- Intermediate ability to use visualization, design, and narrative techniques to communicate insights
- Research capability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or comparable generative AI tools for business intelligence and dashboard development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred
