Description

  • Apply advanced analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise across functions and business units
  • Design data-driven solutions with analytics processes, tools, and applications
  • Advise clients on tool and strategy implementation, monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product development
  • Identify effective analytical approaches and support solution development, implementation, and enhancement
  • Design, build, and continually refine analytical solutions for business leaders
  • Evaluate findings and recommend actions to business partners and senior management
  • Present conclusions from complex analytical work to varied audiences
  • Create strategic reporting, analytics, and data solutions for Commercial Lending Operations, AMG, and Midland Servicing
  • Develop automated insights, end-to-end process views, risk-reduction automations, capacity metrics, and data-capture solutions
  • Support technology improvements and reduce manual tracking to strengthen operational performance

Requirements

  • A university or college degree is typically required
  • At least 3 years of relevant or directly related industry experience
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree
  • Professional experience with SQL is required
  • Professional experience with Tableau is required
  • Working knowledge of Power Apps, including Power BI, is beneficial
  • Knowledge of analytical thinking, business intelligence, concept development, data-driven decision-making, data integration, market research, performance metrics, qualitative research, and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated competencies in business acumen, business analytics, consulting, critical thinking and decision-making, communication, and emerging technologies
  • No certifications are required
  • No licenses are required
